Facilitators

Alison Lester is Director of AJ Lester Communication Training, and she works as an author, communication coach and improvisational comedian. Alison moved to Singapore from Tokyo in 1999, and thoroughly enjoys developing communication skills and creativity training programmes for her regional clients. The services she provides range from one-on-one communication and presentation consulting for managers to team building, presentation, confidence and creativity workshops for groups.

Shirley Taylor has established herself as a leading authority in modern business writing and communication skills. Methodology

This workshop is highly interactive and participative, with lots of group work, role-play and discussion, designed specially to help you overcome nerves and contribute happily.
