with Nick French
Leading authority in global business and leadership communication. Trainer, speaker and author.

The whole world is becoming a single global village as a result of cross-cultural mixing. So if you are to be successful in this environment, effective communication with different cultural groups is essential. Mutually supportive personal relationships lead to successful business outcomes, and relationships flourish when understanding and respect is shown for another's cultural position.

Have you ever thought how culture influences communication? Whether you are communicating with colleagues in other countries, customers or foreign suppliers, the key to successful relationship development is communicating with them from their cultural position. In so doing, you will achieve greater levels of support and co-operation, which will lead to more profitable outcomes.

In this highly interactive workshop, Nick French will share with you the challenges of communicating across cultures, what makes us different, and how to relate to others from their cultural perspective. During thisengaging, hands-on workshop you'll learn why we are all different. You'll practise useful techniques that can be applied when working with different nationalities. You'll earn other people's respect and build bridges of success for yourself and your organisation.
