Facilitators

A highly regarded HR professional, Jerry has held senior
appointments in his illustrious career and was the HR
Principal for Deloitte & Touche LLP in Singapore and also the
Head of HR for Deloitte SEA. Prior to that, he was the Head
of HR for 3M in Singapore. Jerry’s 25 years’ experience in
the retail, hospitality, manufacturing, property and financial
sectors has imbued in him an astute understanding of HR
practices in the various industries. In his career he had
successfully developed and delivered HR strategies and
programmes which resulted in the organisations he served
being regarded employers of choice
