Cargo Transportation and logistics are critical part of the international trade and industry. It is vital that organisations update their knowledge and skills on global supply chain and transportation related contracts. 

Logistics, the management of the movement of goods and materials from origin to destination, can be a process which carries significant financial risk. You need to be aware of all the major aspects of international logistics including shipping terms used in sales and purchase contracts, an understanding of modes of transport and international conventions governing sea/ road/ air and road transport and the international rules affecting shipping and logistics, warehousing and carriage of goods contracts. 

The course also includes an overview of the responsibilities in arranging marine insurance along with an update on Incoterms 2010.
