Finally, the fifth component focuses on the importance of identifying and measuring key performance indicators.

Facilitators

Tom Abbott from Soho Sales Coaching is a Singapore-based Canadian sales trainer, coach and author of The SOHO Solution: 21 Selling Strategies For Growing Your Small Business. For over ten years, he has been working with SMEs and MNCs worldwide to help them increase sales.

Prior to that, he was an instructor of Sales and Marketing with Sprott-Shaw Business College in Canada, worked in ‘Global Brand Integration’ with the Canadian Tourism Commission, and as a top performing sales representative of the Canadian Scholarship Trust Plan.

He is a member of the Marketing Institute of Singapore, Canadian Professional Sales Association, International Coach Federation and President of Business Network International (Rendezvous Chapter). Tom has spoken at Asia Professional Speakers Singapore, Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, International Coach Federation (Singapore), Marketing Institute of Singapore, Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Singapore Press Holdings. He has also appeared in Berita Harian newspaper, Human Resources Magazine, Singapore Women’s Weekly magazine, as a guest on 938 Live Radio and is a regular contributor of sales articles published in The Singapore Straits Times newspaper and The Singapore Marketer magazine.

Objectives

Our online sales training courses are seminars given over the internet.
