Microsoft Office Productivity Buffet

Increased productivity for people who use Microsoft Office every day

with Sharon Connolly

Communication and IT skills trainer, and professional image consultant

Most of us use Microsoft Office products extensively every day. Without our computers and mobile phones we feel isolated from the outside world. Even 20 minutes of computer down time can massively impact our working day. Yet many people don't spend much time polishing up these essential skills that could make us more productive in our everyday working lives.

Many people are self-taught on MS Office products, or if we have had training it was some years ago. We just get by, we manage, and we ask others for help when we get stuck. Our IT learning becomes second or third hand, compounding our bad habits and long-winded working methodology.

In this hands-on, comprehensive, practical workshop, IT expert Sharon Connolly will show you the quickest, most efficient ways to accomplish the tasks that you need to do every day in Microsoft Office. She will teach you all the shortcuts and best practice guidelines you need to improve your productivity and efficiency.

This workshop comprises a unique 'buffet' blend of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, focussing on helping you to do the tasks you need to do all day every day - faster and more efficiently!

Join us in this unique, first-of-its-kind workshop that takes you on an intensive shortcut-filled Microsoft Office productivity journey.

About Sharon Connolly

Sharon Connolly started work as an IT trainer in 1990, in the days when computers didn't have a mouse and you needed to use two disks to start your word processing program. Sharon has trained thousands of people from a multitude of different companies and many different levels. Her ability to switch training styles from 'fast-paced technical wizardry' to 'gentle hand-holding for the terrified' means that she's always asked back for more, and has been looking after the IT training needs for some clients for over 15 years. In 2000, Sharon made what seemed an unusual decision to add image consultancy to her training and coaching repertoire. In today's age of social media and web conferencing, this unique blend of how to use technology effectively and project a professional polished online image puts her in a unique position. It means Sharon is the only person qualified to not only teach people how to become IT experts, but also look good while doing it.

Methodology

The training is hands-on and instructor led. Each participant will have his/her own PC and will work though practical exercises to ensure everything learned is absorbed effectively and can be put into practice straight away. A comprehensive manual and shortcut cards are also included.

This workshop is non-technical with no jargon and is suitable for all levels. All users will benefit from this practical, intensive workshop.
