Participants will also be introduced to the tools for analysing and managing events.

James Suresh is a multi-talented trainer and author. He has over 15 years of training experience. The cocreator
of Singapore’s comic icon ‘Mr. Kiasu’, James has written comic books as well as authored books on his
military experience.
