Facilitators

Mark Chew is the Founder and Principal Strategist for Giants Learning
Technologies Pte. Ltd. As a former SAF Regular Officer, he led an elite
company of more than 130 men before moving on to become a HR
consultant and business developer in an MNC, which specialised in
increasing the non-aeronautical revenues of international airports. He is
also the owner of a wealth creation business. And most importantly, a
husband to a capable wife, and a father of two beautiful little girls.

Mark started his early education in SAJS in 1988 and graduated from
SAJC in 1999. He was the School Vice Captain in 1997, and in 1998, he
assumed the appointment as a Faculty Leader in SAJC.
An avid sportsman, Mark was the Water Polo and Swimming Captain in
both SASS and SAJC, and from 1994 to 2005, Mark played in the
Singapore National Water Polo Youth, and National Squad Team. He
has won the title of Best Water Polo Player of the year in 1995. He was
also the coach for the Toa Payoh Branch Under-18 and Under-16 water
polo team.

In 2000, he was awarded a SAF local scholarship, became a Guards
Officer, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Merit) in Economics
from the National University of Singapore in 2004. He is a certified NLP
Practitioner and also the author of the book, "Discover Your Leadership
Style". He is the co-author of an upcoming book, “Adventures in
Manifesting – Health and Happiness”. He has been featured in the
Straits Times, 938 Live Radio Station, and in several professional
magazines, such as CPA Singapore and Leadership Excellence, a
leading USA based leadership platform. He has also spoken to schools
and various public platforms.
His mission in life is “To share his knowledge and love of life to others so
as to empower them to live freely and reach their worthwhile goals.”

Leadership starts with treating people well, and they will learn to know
why they do what they have to do. Knowing how they can contribute
